Position : STAFF SURVEYOR   Salary Grade : J41   Term : Permanent Non-Pensionable/ Contract   Location : SALCRA   No. of Vacancy : 1   Salary :   THE JOB       Provide surveying expertise to surveying related tasks. Maintains records, prepares reports and composes correspondence relative to the work. Directs the preparation of survey maps, plans and exhibits.   REQUIREMENTS       Compulsory • Malaysian citizen; • At least attain the age of 18 years on the closing date of this advertisement; • Credit (at least Grade C) in Bahasa Malaysia at Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) level or a qualification recognised as equivalent by the Government; and • Degree in Geomatics Engineering recognised by the Government or a recognised qualification equivalent to it. Other skill/knowledge will be an added advantage • At least two (2) to three (3) years hands-on experience with surveying instruments; • Possess the knowledge of CAD software, GPS and GIS systems are important; • Possess great mathematical and analytical skills, and a good eye for measurements; • Mature, strong leadership, management and interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure with minimum supervision; • Strong organisational and analytic skill with aptitude for details; • Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks, completing priorities and deadlines; • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken; and • Computer literate.     Closing date :  2023-06-11
